Game ini bercerita tentang seorang karakter fiksi bernama Niko Bellic yang pertama kali datang ke Amerika untuk mengejar mimpinya, namun malah terjebak dalam kehidupan gangster, korupsi, dan lain sebagainya. Dengan tampilan grafis dan map yang luas serta menawan, Grand Theft Auto IV cocok dijadikan sebagai salah satu game untuk dimainkan
